> created training to accommodate different styles of organization to meet the needs of individuals while building in a culture of inclusion

creative process management

results building an inclusive culture takes time, and has led to some unique conversations and clunky operations. It is improving constantly. Interdepartmental collaborations are improving and the creative team is learning to understand the needs of other groups to be more deliberate. progress!
